community center
food halls/ food markets
Public kitchens / incubator kitchens
hacker spaces
slow streets
Tool libraries/ repair cafés
bike shares
public owned grocery store of needed / and indoor farmers market
Community solar / microgrids/ community shared utilities
public wifi
